1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM local time Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier logistics partners (e.g. FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery), you will receive an email and SMS containing your live carrier tracking number and web link.
4. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team immediately at support@routeget.com so we can investigate and arrange an instant replacement.
