2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals attached.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice receipt) must accompany the return.

3. Return Process

You can initiate a return directly from your Customer Dashboard > Orders > Return Item or by contacting our support team at support@routeget.com. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange courier pickup.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return package is received and inspected at our fulfillment hub, your refund will be processed immediately. Funds typically appear on your original card or bank account within 3–5 business days.
